- A deposit is to be paid at the time of confirmed booking.
- Balance is to be paid five days prior to collection.
- Hire period is from the date of collection until date shown on invoice/receipt.
- Extended hire periods will be charged accordingly.
- Once costumes have left our possession it is the hirer's responsibility to ensure they are returned in the same condition.
- All items will be inspected upon return - any damage will have to be paid for by the hirer.
- We reserve the right to charge up to the full replacement cost of the costume.
- At the management's discretion, deposits and hire fees are not refundable on cancellation or non-collection.
- Late returns will be charged at a penalty rate.
- In the event of a loss of hire by Costumes To Go, a further additional hire cost will be charged.
- Costumes To Go will supply costumes according to the measurements provided by the hirer, and cannot be held responsible for garments later deemed to be unsuitable or ill-fitting. A refund will not be given in this case. Care should be taken when measuring to allow for a comfortable fit, considering the purpose for which the costume is intended.
- The full hire fee will be charged whether or not the costume has been used.
- Costumes To Go cannot guarantee that every costume has been fireproofed, therefore care must be taken when wearing the costume.
- All of our terms and conditions are subject to management discretion and do not affect the customer's statutory rights.
